02The shelves

We know what’s on every shelf.

Each pack is filed by rack, row and column — so a medicine is found where it should be, and the shelf matches the record.

A rack is a grid of rows × columns (for example, Rack B can be 5 × 10). Cold-chain medicines have a fridge unit of their own.

03The counter

Bring your Arogo prescription to the counter.

Every prescription made on Arogo carries a QR code and your Patient ID — on your phone or on paper.

Prescriptions are handled at the counter, not online.
